Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5.99. Delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $9.99. Delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100 within the U.S.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
  • Orders are shipped via [carrier name, e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS] depending on the shipping method you select.

International Shipping

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand globally in the future!

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your package on the shipping carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid street address.
  • We cannot ship to locations outside of the United States at this time.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • Glowhub Boutique is not responsible for lost or delayed packages in transit. The shipping service becomes responsible once the package is handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local post office or shipping carrier. If you cannot locate the package, please contact us at support@glowhubboutique.com.

Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot change the order, including altering the shipping address or adding additional items. Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase.
